Job Position: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - HiFUN Viet Nam
Location: Phu Quoc, Viet Nam

Hospitality Intelligence operates an outdoor family carnival, HiFUN, at the beautiful Grand World Phu Quoc. We feature family amusement rides, carnival prize games, food and drink, and more! The HiFUN Carnival is dedicated to high standards of safety, guest service, and team member engagement. We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the team and ensure the adherence to the HiFUN standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Champion and be the ambassador for the HiFUN Mission – to be the premier, the safest destination for family fun in Phu Quoc

  • Radiate energy to the carnival, motivate Team Members, and manage the daily operations of the entire venue.

  • Ensure guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience together with their friends and families.

  • Be involved in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and other related documentation.

  • Assist with Team Member interview process.

  • Provide classroom orientation and on-the-job training to Team Members.

  • Perform managerial duties including cash management, reporting, staff scheduling, and training.

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by staff and guests.

  • Assist with general operations including working in all event positions and performing other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

  • Maintain regular and prompt attendance.

  • Assist in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures as needed.

  • Master conflict resolution with guests.
     

Skills Required:

  • Must have strong previous management experience.

  • Must be energetic and ready to solve challenges which may arise

  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced team environment.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must be willing to work weekends, Holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation.

  • Must be willing and able to clean and maintain event facilities, after training and with proper personal protective equipment.

  • Must be willing to serve food & beverage items.

  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods.

  • Must be able to communicate in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times.

  • Must be able and willing to meet all Hospitality Intelligence Grooming Standards daily.
